At Nicolas Morlet perfumery and Nicolas Morlet Winemaster & Nose LLC, we are committed to protecting your privacy. The perfumery will not sell, give, lend or otherwise distribute your personal information without your permission to any other person or entity that is not part of the processing or shipping of your perfume order.
The perfumery's online ordering website is hosted by a third-party e-commerce vendor. This vendor uses secure server technology for all transactions on the site.
In addition, all of your customer data is protected against unauthorized access. All customer payment card information resides in a secure online vault at a specialized payments processor, Stripe; which uses one of the highest levels of security certification offered in the payment processing industry.
Ingredients
We make our products following the Good Manufacturing Practices of IFRA (International Fragrance Association) with 100% pure & natural non-GMO ingredients: essential oils (organic & wildcrafted when possible), absolutes, resins, balms, alcohol plant-based. We do not use any synthetics, phthalates, parabens, glycols, or petrochemicals.
Our fragrances are NOT for consumption. Our products are cruelty-free and vegan: we do not test our products on animals. We do not use any animal essences.
Ordering
Our shop is conducted on a first order processed; first order filled basis. Due to our very limited production, offerings are not guaranteed.
Orders placed in our online store are processed immediately by our system. Missing information and expired credit cards will impede the processing of your order and/or put at risk the safe delivery of your fragrances. Because of the transmission time and processing delays, we don't accept orders via phone, fax and conventional mail.
Shipping
During the checkout process, we provide complementary shipping. We ship within the US only. We ship your order using FedEx ground within 1-2 week (s) from receipt. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Sales Tax
Appropriate sales taxes and fees will be applied as required by state.
Returns
All sales are final. For product safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Safety
The user is solely responsible for the safe use of our products. We assume no responsibility or liability for any claims arising out of the use or misuse of our products. Please, keep our products out of the reach of children. If you are pregnant or nursing, have heart disease, epilepsy, high blood pressure, or any other medical condition that can be affected by essential oils or fragrances, please seek the advice of a health professional before using our products.
We recommend testing our perfumes on a small area of skin to check for any possible allergic reactions. Apply a small amount to the skin on your inner arm. If redness, burning, itching or irritation occurs, stop using our product immediately and wash with soap and water to clean the affected area.
Operations
This website and the products sold here are created by Nicolas Morlet Winemaster & Nose LLC, Oakland, CA 94610 USA. We sell Nicolas Morlet (TM) products on our website and do not have a retail store. We are a working studio and not open to the public.
We are not a bulk supplier of essential oils, absolutes and do not provide SDS (Safety Data Sheet) or COA (Certificate of Analysis) documents.
Limitation of Liability
Nicolas Morlet Winemaster & Nose LLC and Nicolas Morlet (TM) shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of this website or the use or misuse of our products, even if Nicolas Morlet has been advised of the possibility of such damages. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nicolas Morlet and Nicolas Morlet Winemaster & Nose LLC, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including attorney's fees.
